Inventory Store Management Maintain optimal stock levels of materials and spare parts Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate records in ERP or store software Coordinate with the purchase department for timely material procurement Ensure all materials are properly labeled stored and easily accessible Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory with proper documentation Team Management Supervise store assistants or helpers Assign daily tasks and ensure timely execution Provide training on storekeeping practices safety and ERP usage Coordination Work closely with the sales and service departments to understand upcoming requirements Ensure on-time dispatch of materials to customer sites Coordinate with logistics for vehicle movement and delivery schedules Process Compliance Maintain proper documentation for GRN material issue slips gate passes etc Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store Implement and follow FIFO LIFO methods as applicable Reporting Prepare and submit daily weekly monthly stock and movement reports Report stock shortages or slow-moving items to management Maintain records of material returns damaged items and warranty replacements Job Type Full time Pay 13 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
