Key Responsibilities Drive the sales van safely on assigned routes and ensure timely product delivery to retailers Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and new retail customers in the assigned area Load unload and arrange goods in the van according to delivery schedules Achieve daily weekly monthly sales targets as per company objectives Collect payments from customers and submit them to the office as per policy Maintain proper records of sales collections and inventory in the van Ensure proper vehicle maintenance cleanliness and compliance with transport regulations Report market feedback competitor activities and customer needs to the Sales Officer Manage van stock efficiently and conduct daily stock reconciliation Support promotional campaigns product displays and sampling activities at outlets Requirements Education Minimum SSLC 2 Higher Secondary Diploma or Graduate preferred Experience 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or van sales operations License Valid LMV Commercial Driving License Skills Positive communication and negotiation skills Basic arithmetic and record-keeping ability Knowledge of local routes and retail market Customer-focused and target-oriented Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 19 000 00 per month Work Location In person
