Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Setter Cum Operatorr to join our manufacturing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards This is a hands-on role requiring both technical knowledge and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Set up CNC machines milling turning centers including tool selection offsets and fixture installation Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and production efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programming setup or machine operation Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to improve machining processes Maintain accurate production and inspection records Ensure compliance with safety and company policies Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Setter Cum Operator in a precision machining environment Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and programming Fanuc HAAS Familiarity with measuring instruments like micrometers calipers height gauges etc Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD T symbols Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred Preferred Skills Experience with multi-axis CNC machines Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S is a plus Flexibility to work in shifts if required Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
