We are seeking a agile and creative Communications Social Media and Documentation Officer to join our team and help amplify our impact through effective communication strategies Key Responsibilities- Communications Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the NGO s mission programs and activities Draft edit and distribute press releases newsletters and other communication materials Maintain and update the NGO s website content to ensure it is current and engaging Coordinate with various departments to gather information and create cohesive communication materials Social Media Manage and grow the NGO s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and others Create schedule and publish engaging content including text images and videos Monitor social media channels for engagement respond to inquiries and foster community interaction Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies Documentation Document the NGO s activities events and success stories through photos videos and written reports Develop and maintain a comprehensive archive of media assets including photographs videos and publications Prepare reports case studies and other documentation required for donors partners and stakeholders Ensure all documentation is accurate well-organized and accessible for future use Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
