Project Role Application Lead Project Role Description Lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact Must have skills Microsoft ASP NET Good to have skills NA Minimum 7 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Job Overview We are looking for a Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in NET and a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and solution design This individual will play a key role in driving technical deliveries collaborating with business stakeholders and guiding the engineering team to build scalable and robust systems The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Order-to-Cash OTC Return-to-Credit RTC processes and eCommerce product flows including order management returns and related business logic Key Responsibilities Design develop and deliver scalable cloud-based solutions using NET technologies Own and drive complex technical deliveries end-to-end Act as a hands-on lead contributing to coding architecture and code reviews Collaborate closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements Translate business needs into technical tasks for the development team Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices Lead discussions on solution design performance optimization and integration patterns Mentor junior developers and ensure high engineering standards Drive resolution of technical issues and ensure smooth project execution Required Qualifications 8 years of experience in software development with deep expertise in NET NET Core Proven experience designing and building cloud-native applications preferably on Azure AWS or GCP Strong experience with microservices architecture REST APIs and integration patterns Hands-on experience with CI CD pipelines containerization Docker Kubernetes and DevOps practices Experience working on complex business domains like Order-to-Cash OTC Return-to-Credit RTC and product order return flows Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail e-commerce or supply chain domains Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging systems e g Kafka Azure Service Bus Familiarity with Agile methodologies and distributed team environments 15 years full time education
