The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors handling front-desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office activities This role is the first point of contact for clients and guests and plays a key role in creating a positive impression of the organization Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean organized and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing data entry and photocopying Provide accurate information to visitors and employees Coordinate with other departments as needed Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent additional qualifications are a plus Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook Customer service-oriented mindset Working Conditions Full-time or part time position Office-based environment May require sitting for extended periods Performance Expectations Maintain professionalism at all times Ensure accurate and timely communication Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers Job Types Permanent Internship Contract length 12 months Pay 8 937 12 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Work Location In person
