About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive - Audit Support to assist the Finance team in internal and external audit activities The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in finance accounting and audit support with a strong understanding of financial statements reconciliations and compliance requirements Key Responsibilities Support internal and external audits by preparing financial schedules reconciliations and supporting documents Assist in gathering organizing and validating audit evidence in line with audit requirements Coordinate with auditors and external consultants to address audit-related queries Review financial records to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards Track audit requests and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure Assist with basic analysis of financial data and provide variance explanations where required Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for audit and compliance purposes Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of financial statements and Accounting Standards AS Experience in Finance Accounting and Audit Support Internal Statutory IFC Education B Com mandatory CA-Inter preferred Experience 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and audit support roles Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP Good understanding of financial schedules and ability to perform reconciliations High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
