Job Title Manager - Logistics Operations Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager - Logistics Operations to handle and optimize our end-to-end logistics supply chain and operational processes for a product-based business The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in logistics coordination vendor management inventory control and timely product movement Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics operations inbound outbound Plan coordinate and monitor daily dispatch and delivery schedules Handle vendor coordination transporters courier partners and freight agencies Ensure on-time delivery of products and minimize delays and costs Oversee inventory management stock movement and warehouse operations Monitor shipment tracking documentation and issue resolution Optimize logistics costs and operational efficiency Maintain proper records MIS reports and logistics documentation Coordinate with sales production and accounts teams for smooth operations Handle returns replacements and reverse logistics Requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business Management or related field 3-8 years of experience in logistics operations product-based industry preferred Strong knowledge of logistics planning transportation inventory warehouse management Experience handling courier freight transport and vendor coordination Good knowledge of ERP inventory software Excel Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good communication leadership and coordination skills Preferred Skills Added Advantage Experience in e-commerce FMCG manufacturing trading industry Knowledge of interstate shipments documentation and compliance Team handling and reporting experience Salary Advantages Salary 15 000 00 to 35 00 00per month based on experience Performance incentives Paid leave statutory benefits Career growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Work Location Kochi Kerala Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 618 97 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location On the road
