Key Responsibilities - Vendor Coordination Communicate daily production plans to RFD processing vendors Follow up on fabric dispatch processing status and delivery timelines Maintain good working relationships with outsourcing units Fabric Dispatch Tracking Ensure correct grey fabric is sent for RFD processing Maintain records of lot numbers meterage and dispatch dates Track pending lots and ensure timely return Quality Inspection Inspect RFD fabric received from vendors Check for whiteness absorbency stains patches oil marks and fabric damage Reject or return fabric if it does not meet required standards Process Follow-up Ensure vendors follow required process parameters bleaching scouring washing quality Discuss quality issues with vendors and ensure corrective action Coordination with Dyeing Department Ensure RFD fabric is supplied on time to dyeing Inform dyeing team about fabric quality or process variations Documentation Reporting Maintain inward and outward fabric records Prepare daily weekly status reports of pending and completed lots Required Skills Knowledge of RFD fabric quality standards Strong follow-up and coordination skills Basic knowledge of textile wet processing Fabric inspection skills Record keeping and reporting ability Qualifications Bachelor s degree required 2-5 years experience in fabric processing or quality inspection Job Type Full time Pay From 16 500 00 per month Work Location In person
