Role Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day quality control activities on the shop floor Ensure products meet company quality standards drawings and customer requirements Inspect incoming raw materials in-process work and final finished goods Implement and monitor quality procedures SOPs and inspection plans Identify quality issues perform root cause analysis and ensure corrective preventive actions CAPA Maintain quality records inspection reports and documentation Coordinate with production stores and dispatch teams to resolve quality concerns Train and guide quality inspectors and shop-floor staff on quality standards Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO industry standards Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Mechanical or relevant field 2-5 years experience in quality supervision manufacturing fabrication industry preferred Knowledge of quality tools inspection instruments and drawings Good understanding of ISO standards and documentation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and team coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 180 000 00 - 216 000 00 per year Advantages Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
