Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finishing In-Charge to manage finishing operations in an export house manufacturing unit The role requires strong planning skills and effective handling of blue-collar workforce to ensure quality productivity and timely dispatch Key Responsibilities Plan and control daily finishing activities to meet shipment schedules Supervise and manage blue-collar workers allocation productivity discipline Ensure quality standards packing accuracy and compliance with buyer requirements Coordinate with production QA and dispatch teams Maintain finishing reports and manpower planning Requirements Proven experience as Finishing In-Charge in an export house manufacturing unit Strong planning and coordination skills Hands-on experience in blue-collar workforce handling Knowledge of quality standards and shipment timelines Experience Minimum 2 years in finishing operations export house preferred Job Type Full time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Jaipur Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
