We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting activities maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements The role involves handling books of accounts reconciliations GST compliance and supporting audits Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts including cash book bank book and ledgers Record day-to-day transactions sales purchases expenses receipts payments Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B etc Track accounts receivable and payable follow up on outstanding payments Maintain vendor and customer accounts Assist in monthly quarterly and annual closing of accounts Support statutory audits internal audits and CA requirements Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices vouchers and bills Coordinate with CA for TDS GST and compliance matters Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance 2-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Executive Strong knowledge of GST TDS and basic statutory compliance Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally Zoho Books Busy or similar Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables preferred High attention to detail and accuracy Valuable organizational and time-management skills Preferred Good to Have Experience working with NGOs manufacturing retail Knowledge of MIS reporting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer Stable and long-term role Supportive work environment Opportunity to work closely with senior management and auditors Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
