Job Title Speech Language Pathologist SLP Location Thodupuzha Idukky Kerala Facility Multidisciplinary Child Development Centre Accommodation Provided About the Centre We are a well-established Multidisciplinary Child Development Centre located in Thodupuzha Idukky Kerala offering comprehensive services including Developmental Pediatrics Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Clinical Psychology Behavioral Therapy Special Education and Speech Therapy Our centre is committed to early identification intervention and holistic rehabilitation for children with developmental and communication challenges Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to assess diagnose and treat speech language communication and feeding disorders in children The candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design individualized therapy programs and support children in achieving optimal communication outcomes Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed speech language communication and feeding assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide evidence-based interventions for Speech sound disorders Language delay and disorders Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD ADHD Learning disabilities Stuttering and fluency disorders Voice disorders Oral-motor and feeding issues Maintain accurate documentation therapy notes and progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning Conduct parent counseling and provide structured home programs Educate caregivers on communication strategies and carryover techniques Follow professional and ethical standards as per RCI guidelines Qualifications BASLP MASLP from a recognized institution Valid RCI Registration Mandatory 0-5 years of pediatric experience preferred Freshers with strong internship exposure in pediatrics may apply Required Skills Strong clinical knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders Ability to engage and motivate children Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented and adaptable Good documentation and reporting skills What We Offer Attractive salary package based on experience Free accommodation provided Supportive and team-oriented work environment Exposure to diverse pediatric caseload Opportunities for continued learning and career development Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 32 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
