We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Marketing Executive to promote and sell our Payroll Software and other business software solutions The candidate should be passionate about sales capable of generating leads closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Payroll Software other IT solutions to businesses Generate leads through cold calling field visits digital platforms and references Understand client requirements and provide suitable software solutions Conduct product demos and presentations Negotiate pricing and close deals Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sale support coordination Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare daily and weekly sales reports Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 6 months - 2 years experience in software or IT sales Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to handle field sales and tele-sales Basic understanding of Payroll HR Business software is preferred Self-motivated and target-driven attitude Job Types Full-time Fresher Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay 10 097 79 - 15 324 95 per month Work Location In person
