We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Marketing Executive with mandatory experience in export documentation The ideal candidate will manage international communication sample handling offer preparation and coordinate with customers and factories while ensuring accurate and compliant export operations Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication Coordination Draft and send professional emails to international clients and factories Follow up with customers on inquiries quotations samples and ongoing orders Coordinate with factories to obtain timely quotations and product information Marketing Business Development Prepare competitive offers aligned with customer requirements Maintain and update the international customer database Assist in planning and organizing international exhibitions and trade shows Generate and maintain various MIS reports for management Sample Shipment Handling Arrange and manage international samples including sourcing packing booking shipments and tracking Maintain comprehensive sample records for internal reference and client follow-up Export Documentation Finance Coordination Prepare and manage all export documentation mandatory experience required including invoices packing lists shipping instructions BL AWB coordination COO and other export-related paperwork Ensure compliance with international shipping and export regulations Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-up adjustments and timely collections Requirements Mandatory Solid experience in export documentation Excellent communication skills written verbal in English Experience in international marketing or export operations preferred Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel Word and email correspondence Strong multitasking coordination and organizational abilities If you are proactive organized and skilled in communication apply now Experience - 2-3 year Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
