Company Description Faraday Ozone Products Private Limited established in 1996 specializes in designing and developing green solutions such as Ozone generators for air water purification and treatment purposes Napkin vending machines Napkin incinerators With a wide market presence in India and across the globe Faraday Ozone caters its green solution products services to 50-plus countries The company complies with the best practices in Quality Management Systems Procedures with a focus on consistently innovative environmentally friendly solutions Role Description We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling key customer accounts managing order processing coordinating internal teams and preparing sales reports The role involves inside sales support customer follow-ups and ensuring smooth execution of sales orders from enquiry to dispatch Responsibilities Handle assigned key customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact Coordinate with sales team to manage enquiries quotations and order confirmations Process sales orders accurately in ERP CRM and track order status Perform inside sales activities including customer follow-ups and lead coordination Coordinate with Production Dispatch and Accounts teams for timely order execution Ensure proper documentation such as quotations sales orders invoices and dispatch details Prepare and maintain sales reports order tracking reports and customer data Follow up on pending payments in coordination with the accounts team Address customer queries related to orders delivery timelines and documentation Maintain updated customer records and communication history in CRM Qualifications Skills Any graduate Commerce Business Management preferred Experience in B2B industrial sales environment is an added advantage Experience in sales coordination inside sales order processing Strong customer handling and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting Familiarity with CRM ERP systems Good coordination and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Reporting to Key Account Manager MD Base Location Saravanampatti Coimbatore Employment Type Full time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
