Duties Responsibilities Supervision and Leadership Lead mentor and supervise a team of warehouse associates Assign tasks set performance goals and monitor progress Provide training and development opportunities for team members Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback Operational Management Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound activities Coordinate with other departments e g customer service transportation to ensure seamless operations Manage inventory levels perform cycle counts RST PIC and ensure accurate record-keeping Implement and maintain warehouse management systems WMS 100 SLA adherence every month o 100 pod collection every month Maintain 100 stock accuracy Ensure daily weekly monthly reports are submitted on time Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Develop and implement standard operating procedures SOPs Monitor and analyse key performance indicators KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement Ensure all warehouse related operations process are full filled on daily basis Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and safety standards Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions Investigate and report incidents accidents and near-misses Customer Service Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service End customer returns reverse logistics are handles as per SOP Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in logistics supply chain management or related field preferred Minimum of 2 -7 years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a lead role Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems WMS and inventory control practices Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations Proficient in MS office Pack Job Type Full-time Pay 21 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Work Location In person
