Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for open positions Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and direct sourcing Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates review resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills qualifications and cultural fit Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting candidate pipeline management interview coordination reference checks and offer negotiation Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and talent market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system Assist with various HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records preparing HR documents and managing HR databases Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees ensuring a smooth transition into the organization Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates employees and stakeholders Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates qualifications for specific IT positions Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Job Type Full time Pay 7 500 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Are you comfortable with a salary of 7500 for a six-month Trainee duration Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
