Job Summary Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment HR operations employee relations and statutory compliance supporting smooth people operations in a dynamic shipping and logistics workplace Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment selection and onboarding processes Maintain and update employee records attendance and HR documentation Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and support day-to-day HR operations Support performance management training programs and employee engagement initiatives Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws Qualifications Skills Graduate Postgraduate in HR Business Administration or related field MBA in HR preferred 1-3 year of experience in HR operations HR generalist or related role Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
