Role Name Sr IT Recruiter Location Indore WFO Experience 3-5Years We are looking for an IT Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online updating job ads and conducting background checks Interaction with client and Management of client portfolio on a regular cadence Roles and Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels including online job boards social media qualified networks and referrals Candidate Screening Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates qualifications and suitability for open IT positions Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit Job Posting and Advertising Write and post compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the job responsibilities qualifications and company culture Relationship Building Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates creating a talent pipeline for current and future IT openings Interview Coordination Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the role company and interview process Candidate Evaluation and Selection Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates technical skills cultural fit and alignment with the organization s values Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Extend offers to selected candidates and facilitate negotiation discussions when necessary Skills Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter with a solid understanding of IT roles skills and technologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality candidates Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 43 000 00 per month Work Location In person
