Post Assistant Manager Programmer - CNC VMC 3D Programmer Salary 7 Lakh CTC location - Talawade Job SummaryThe CNC VMC 3D Programmer is responsible for creating and optimizing programs for computer-controlled machining centers to produce parts efficiently and to specification This role requires a strong understanding of machining principles CAD CAM software and the ability to translate technical drawings into machine-readable instructions Key Responsibilities Programming and Optimization Develop and optimize CNC VMC programs using CAD CAM software e g Delcam Powermill G-code M-code Technical Interpretation Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and GD T Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing symbols to define machining requirements Machine Setup and Operation Assist with machine setup fixture and tool installation and adjusting parameters like speed feed and coolant flow Quality Control Conduct first-piece inspections and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts conform to specifications Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during machine setup and operation Collaboration Work closely with machine operators engineers and production teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes Maintenance and Documentation Maintain a clean work workplace document production activities e g setup sheets inspection reports and manage tooling inventory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Work Location In person
