Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations on active construction sites In this role you will serve as a vital link between project management contractors suppliers and on-site teams to ensure projects progress smoothly safely and efficiently Your proactive coordination and communication skills will drive project timelines maintain quality standards and uphold safety protocols This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects while honing your expertise in construction management and site operations Responsibilities Coordinate daily site activities ensuring all tasks align with project schedules and safety standards Collaborate with project managers to develop and update detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools Manage and track project documentation including contracts change orders RFIs Requests for Information and submittals to ensure accuracy and timely processing Oversee the use of construction estimating tools and Bluebeam for document review markup and collaboration across teams Facilitate communication between contractors suppliers clients and internal teams to resolve issues swiftly and keep projects on track Assist in the preparation of project reports related to progress costs and schedule performance using HeavyBid or comparable software Monitor on-site safety compliance by conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations Support project scheduling efforts by updating timelines tracking milestones and managing resource allocations effectively Coordinate procurement activities including tracking deliveries of materials and equipment essential for ongoing work Maintain comprehensive records of site activities safety incidents inspections and correspondence for transparency and accountability Ensure all site operations comply with contractual obligations and local building codes while fostering a culture of safety and quality Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols Hands-on experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6 ProCore Bluebeam or similar platforms Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools like HeavyBid is highly desirable Prior involvement in project scheduling contract management or project coordination roles within the construction industry Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Strong communication skills to effectively liaise among diverse teams including contractors clients vendors and internal staff Knowledge of construction site safety standards and OSHA regulations is essential Join us as a Construction Site Coordinator if you re ready to energize your career by contributing to impactful projects through meticulous coordination and proactive problem-solving Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
