Job Summary The Guest Service Associate GSA - F B Service is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring high standards of service guest satisfaction and hygiene The role involves assisting in restaurant operations order-taking serving food beverages and maintaining a welcoming dining environment Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables Present menus take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding to requests Maintain an attentive and courteous attitude at all times Operational Duties Set up restaurant tables according to service standards Assist in buffet setup and replenishment Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests Support smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams Ensure correct billing and assist in payment procedures when required Hygiene Safety Follow all food safety hygiene and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant service stations and equipment Comply with resort SOPs and safety guidelines Teamwork Communication Coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors Attend daily briefings and training sessions Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the supervisor Skills Qualifications Experience in F B Service freshers with good communication may also apply Basic knowledge of food beverage service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude grooming standards and willingness to learn Ability to work in shifts weekends and peak operational hours Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long durations Ability to lift and carry service trays and equipment Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 11 months Advantages Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
