This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 1000000 - Rs 1250000 ie INR 10-12 5 LPA Min Experience 10 years Location Mumbai Vile Parle JobType full-time The Accounts Head will oversee all financial and accounting operations ensuring accuracy statutory compliance and effective financial planning This role demands robust expertise in real estate accounting and extensive hands-on experience with Farvision In4Suite ERP leveraging its Finance Projects Purchase and Sales modules to enhance efficiency and deliver meaningful financial insights for strategic decision-making Requirements Key Responsibilities Financial Management Reporting Lead the complete accounting cycle and prepare accurate financial statements Monitor project-related costs budgets and cash flows using ERP data Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions Review and approve payments through the ERP system ERP Management Farvision In4Suite Serve as the in-house expert for Farvision s Finance and Accounting modules Ensure seamless data integration across Projects Sales Purchase and Finance modules Create financial reports dashboards and MIS using Farvision capabilities Continuously optimize accounting processes within the ERP Coordinate with ERP service providers for troubleshooting enhancements and upgrades Compliance Auditing Ensure adherence to statutory compliances including GST Income Tax and RERA Establish and maintain robust internal controls Oversee internal and external audits along with all reconciliations Leadership Team Management Lead guide and develop the accounting team Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments for smooth financial operations Provide ERP system training and support to internal users Required Skills Qualifications Education M Com CA MBA Finance or equivalent qualification Experience 10-15 years of senior-level experience in real estate finance Mandatory hands-on expertise in Farvision In4Suite ERP particularly in Finance Projects Purchase and Sales modules Technical Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and real estate taxation High proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent attention to detail Effective leadership team management and project coordination skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Core Skills Accounting Tax Accounting Account Management Accounts Payable Receivable AP AR Cost Accounting Financial Accounting Account Reconciliation Accounting Software Financial Reporting
