Job Title Assistant Professor - BBA Aviation Department Management Studies Aviation Location Jakkanahalli Nelamangala Bangalore Reports To Head of the Department Principal Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and dynamic female Assistant Professor to teach in our BBA Aviation program The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction conducting research mentoring students and participating in department and college-level academic activities Key Responsibilities Teach core and elective courses in the BBA Aviation curriculum such as Aviation Management Prepare lesson plans course materials and assessments aligned with university standards Engage in academic advising mentoring and support for students Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Stay updated with developments in the field of aviation and integrate relevant content into teaching Contribute to research publications and academic projects within the department Participate in curriculum development and enhancement activities Assist in organizing seminars workshops industry visits and guest lectures Maintain records of academic activities attendance and student progress Take part in college-level committees meetings and extracurricular activities Foster a professional ethical and inclusive classroom environment Qualifications and Requirements Master s degree in Aviation Management Business Administration preferably with Aviation specialization UGC NET qualification or PhD in a related field is preferred Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience in aviation or management Solid communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and student development Female candidates only as per institutional preference Desirable Skills Knowledge of aviation industry standards and practices Familiarity with digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems LMS Ability to coordinate student internships and placement activities Research inclination and paper publication record Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Education Master s Preferred Experience Teaching 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
