Role Purpose To manage inward and outward logistics maintain accurate inventory ensure compliance with GST regulations and support overall warehouse operations Key Responsibilities Inward Logistics Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders Inspect goods for quality and quantity compliance Update stock records in ERP or inventory system Outward Logistics Prepare and dispatch goods as per delivery schedules Ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipments Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch E-Way Bill GST Compliance Generate and manage E-Way Bills for all outward shipments Ensure compliance with GST rules for invoicing and documentation Maintain records for audit and statutory requirements Inventory Store Management Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts Organize and store materials systematically for easy retrieval Monitor stock for damages expiry or obsolescence Documentation Compliance Maintain GRN Goods Receipt Note delivery challans invoices and other records Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards Coordination Liaise with procurement production and sales teams for material requirements Communicate with vendors and transporters for smooth operations Skills Qualifications Education Diploma Graduate in Logistics Supply Chain or related field Experience 1-3 years in warehouse or logistics operations Skills Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation and GST compliance Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP Basic computer proficiency MS Excel ERP Strong organizational and communication skills Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
