Job Summary The Site Supervisor will oversee all civil and finishing work at construction sites ensuring quality safety and timely completion of all activities They will manage and coordinate daily site operations work closely with subcontractors and report project progress to senior management Key Responsibilities 1 Site Management o Supervise daily civil and finishing work on-site ensuring quality control and compliance with project plans o Coordinate and oversee the activities of contractors subcontractors and site laborers 2 Quality Assurance o Inspect and ensure all civil and finishing work meets quality standards o Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with structural architectural and finishing specifications o Address any defects or issues related to finishing work such as plastering tiling painting flooring and fixtures 3 Planning and Coordination o Develop daily and weekly schedules in coordination with the Project Manager to ensure on-time project delivery o Coordinate with MEP Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing teams to manage timelines and avoid clashes 4 Documentation and Reporting o Maintain daily work logs record progress and submit regular reports to the Project Manager o Track inventory and materials in office coordinating with the procurement team for timely ordering 5 Safety Compliance o Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members on-site o Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of personal protective equipment PPE 6 Finishing Work Supervision o Oversee detailed finishing work including plastering tiling painting woodwork and other decorative elements o Conduct inspections to verify quality and adherence to design specifications for final touches 7 Client and Contractor Liaison o Act as a point of contact between the company clients and subcontractors for on-site concerns o Facilitate communication to resolve site challenges and maintain workflow 8 Problem Solving and Troubleshooting o Identify issues or delays in work provide quick solutions and report them to management o Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve any technical problems Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred Proven experience of 4-5 years as a Site Supervisor or Civil Finishing Engineer Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works including concrete masonry tiling painting and other finishing aspects Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office Suite Sound understanding of safety and compliance regulations Working Conditions Primarily site-based role with occasional travel to the head office as required Thrice Weekly Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
