Job Responsibilities 1 Talent Acquisition Source candidates through job portals social media and other recruitment channels Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates skills and cultural fit 2 End-to-End Recruitment Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs 3 Candidate Management Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers 4 Documentation Prepare offer letters and manage employee documentation Maintain records of recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire 5 Employee Engagement Assist in onboarding current hires and conducting orientation sessions Help in organizing team-building activities and maintaining employee satisfaction 6 Compliance Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws Stay updated on employment regulations Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems ATS and recruitment tools Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role 1-3 years preferred Freshers are also welcome Familiarity with IT and software development roles Job Type Full-time Pay 6 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Experience Recruiting 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 24 11 2025 Expected Start Date 22 11 2025
