Key Responsibilities Manage the overall accounting operations including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards Ind AS and statutory requirements Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory obligations Monitor cash flow working capital and provide recommendations for cost optimization Liaise with auditors banks and regulatory authorities Implement financial policies internal controls and process improvements Lead mentor and manage the finance and accounts team Provide management with insightful reports variance analysis and financial advice for strategic decision-making Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master degree in Commerce Accounting Finance preferred 10 years of experience in accounts and finance preferably in industry Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards Ind AS GST TDS and corporate tax laws Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally or ERP systems Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team Job Type Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
