Job Title Junior Recruiter Salary Up to 8 000 per month Location REMOTE Job Type Full time About the Role We are looking for a passionate and energetic Junior Recruiter to join our team The ideal candidate should be eager to learn good at communication and interested in building a career in HR and recruitment You will work closely with the senior recruitment team to source screen and shortlist candidates for various job openings Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles Source candidates through job portals social media references and internal databases Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Support senior recruiters in meeting daily and weekly hiring targets Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment or HR training will be provided Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of MS Excel Google Sheets Positive attitude and willingness to learn Job Type Full-time Pay 5 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
