Summary The Senior Team Lead SAP BTB Developer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform BTP This role involves managing a team of developers collaborating with business and technical stakeholders and ensuring high-quality software delivery that meets organizational objectives Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of SAP BTB developers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement - Design develop and implement applications and solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements define project scopes and develop technical specifications - Oversee the integration of SAP BTP solutions with other SAP and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process functionality - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise implementing solutions to enhance system reliability - Ensure adherence to coding standards security policies and quality assurance practices throughout the development lifecycle - Stay current with SAP BTP advancements tools and industry trends to continuously enhance development capabilities - Provide technical guidance and support to team members encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Master s degree preferred - Extensive experience in SAP Business Technology Platform development with solid knowledge of relevant tools and technologies e g SAP HANA SAP Fiori - Proven leadership experience managing development teams and delivering software projects - Strong programming skills in languages such as ABAP Java or JavaScript and familiarity with modern development frameworks - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in software development is a plus - Relevant SAP certifications in BTP or related technologies are highly desirable Additional Qualifications - Ability to work onsite in Bangalore India - Exceptional communication stakeholder management and client engagement skills - Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles - Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments - Ability to operate in a fast-paced high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap - Strong written and verbal English required - Experience with US EU companies preferred - Failure to respond to all supplemental questions may result in automatic disqualification Job Type Full-time Pay 2 075 00 - 2 905 00 per hour Application Question s This role interview and primarily works in English and requires strong written and verbal English skills Please state your English level and confirm your resume has been submitted in English In which Industries do you have experience Please specify your experience with any US EU companies If none please state none This role requires that you maintain partial overlap with the US time zones for 2-3 hours daily to support real time collaborations Please specify which hours during 9am -5 pm EST you are able to overlap Education Bachelor s Required Experience SAP BTP development and tools 1 year Required programming in ABAP Java or JavaScript 1 year Required Relevant SAP certifications in BTP preferred 1 year Preferred Language English at the B2 or better level Required
