We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our finance team in budgeting forecasting reporting and financial decision-making The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills knowledge of financial models and the ability to interpret data to provide meaningful insights Key Responsibilities Prepare financial reports dashboards and summaries for management Conduct budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities Develop and maintain financial models for business planning Assist in monthly quarterly and annual closing activities Support investment analysis cost analysis and profitability studies Review and interpret financial statements Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field Strong knowledge of Excel financial modeling and analysis tools Basic understanding of Accounting principles Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines Experience in financial reporting tools e g Power BI SAP or Tally is an advantage Preferred Qualifications Optional MBA in Finance CA Inter CFA Level 1 or above Prior experience in a corporate finance or financial planning role Job Type Full time Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
