We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support Engineer who has hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance along with basic computer hardware and networking troubleshooting skills The role may require the engineer to be stationed as a resident engineer at one of our client locations Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain CCTV systems IP and Analog Handle day-to-day support for CCTV troubleshooting and maintenance Perform basic hardware repairs upgrades and troubleshooting for desktops laptops and peripherals Diagnose and resolve networking issues LAN Wi-Fi routers switches Provide in office and remote IT support as required Maintain logs and documentation for services delivered Coordinate with internal teams for escalation and resolution Required Skills Experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and repair Understanding of networking concepts IP DHCP switches routers Ability to work independently and at client locations Good communication and customer service skills Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Candidates residing between Bandra and Mira Road will be given preference Must be open to working as a Resident Engineer if required Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
