We re looking for a passionate and skilled Baker Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team You ll be responsible for preparing a wide variety of bakery items including artisanal breads croissants cheesecakes and desserts that match our cafe s premium standards Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake fresh breads croissants pastries cookies and cakes daily Follow and refine recipes to maintain consistency in flavor texture and presentation Decorate and finish cakes and desserts with creativity and precision Manage dough proofing shaping baking and cooling processes Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management Maintain a clean hygienic and organized baking setting Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order execution Experiment with new recipes and contribute to seasonal menu updates Skills Requirements Hands-on experience with baking pastries sourdough laminated doughs and cakes Strong understanding of baking techniques temperatures and proofing times Ability to follow recipes while also contributing creative variations Familiarity with bakery equipment mixers proofers deck ovens etc Good time management and multitasking skills Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 12 months Pay 22 000 00 - 52 000 00 per month Work Location In person
