We are looking for an experienced Electronics Production Engineer to manage and support the manufacturing and assembly of electronic products The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations maintain quality standards and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues Key Responsibilities Oversee electronics assembly testing and production processes Identify and resolve production issues to maintain workflow Coordinate with design QA and procurement teams Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards Optimize production lines for efficiency and cost reduction Prepare technical reports documentation and work instructions Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production Strong understanding of electronic components PCBs and assembly processes Experience with testing equipment and quality control tools Knowledge of IPC and ISO standards Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Experience with SMT Through-hole assembly lines Familiarity with ERP MRP systems or lean manufacturing Job Types Full time Permanent
