We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Incharge to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process in our garment manufacturing unit The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow maintain quality standards and achieve production targets efficiently Key Responsibilities Plan monitor and control daily production activities Allocate tasks and supervise stitching cutting finishing and packing teams Ensure timely completion of orders as per buyer requirements Coordinate with merchandising quality and store departments Maintain production reports and ensure adherence to timelines Implement effective manpower and machine utilization Monitor quality standards and reduce defects or rework Ensure compliance with safety and workplace discipline Troubleshoot production issues and optimize processes Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in garment Apparel production Solid knowledge of stitching cutting and finishing processes Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines Good communication leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of production planning and reporting Job Type Full-time Pay From 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
