Chartered Accountant CA Location Bangalore Experience 2-7 years FMCG Food Manufacturing or Multi-unit experience preferred About the Role This is a seat for someone who treats numbers like trusted old friends and audits like a friendly duel You will be the guardian of accuracy compliance and financial discipline while supporting a fast-scaling brand that moves quicker than a festival-season supply truck Key Responsibilities Oversee full-spectrum accounting AP AR GST TDS bank reconciliations and month-end financial closures Prepare P L balance sheet cash flow statements and detailed MIS reports Conduct cost analysis SKU profitability reviews and inventory valuation Manage statutory audits internal audits and tax filings with impeccable precision Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements Review controls strengthen SOPs and support process automation Track budgets vs actuals and assist with forecasting and financial planning Coordinate with cross-functional teams for approvals documentation and vendor settlements Ensure distributor claims credit notes and scheme-related payouts are accurate and timely Mentor junior accounts executives to maintain discipline and accuracy across functions Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant mandatory Strong understanding of GST TDS Ind-AS and FMCG accounting workflows Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or any ERP system High accuracy analytical ability and comfort with fast-paced operations Strong communication documentation and stakeholder management skills Job Type Full time Pay 45 620 30 - 146 265 02 per month Work Location In person
