Job Title Quality Control Executive Qualification Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field Skills Required Technical knowledge analytical skills problem-solving ability managerial skills attention to detail reporting and documentation skills Job Responsibilities Quality Inspection Testing Inspect products materials or services to identify any defects deviations or non-conformities Conduct various quality tests audits and sampling procedures to ensure compliance with required specifications Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained Quality Assurance Compliance Ensure the company s products and processes comply with industry standards regulations and customer requirements Assist in the development and implementation of Quality Control QC and Quality Assurance QA procedures Support internal and external quality audits and follow up on corrective actions Issue Identification Problem Solving Identify quality issues and report them to the relevant department for corrective action Perform root cause analysis RCA to determine the source of defects or deviations Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA to avoid recurring issues Continuous Improvement Continuously monitor and evaluate existing quality processes to identify areas for improvement Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve productivity and product quality Contribute to initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen if applicable Documentation Reporting Prepare and maintain detailed quality records test reports deviation reports audit findings and inspection logs Document all corrective measures taken and ensure proper filing for audit purposes Share regular quality performance updates with the management Training Coordination Provide training to employees on quality standards inspection techniques compliance requirements and safety practices Coordinate with production maintenance and management teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality guideline Job Types Full time Permanent Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
