Company Description Faraday Ozone Products Private Limited established in 1996 specializes in designing and developing green solutions such as Ozone generators for air water purification and treatment purposes Napkin vending machines Napkin incinerators With a wide market presence in India and across the globe Faraday Ozone caters its green solution products services to 50-plus countries The company complies with the best practices in Quality Management Systems Procedures with a focus on consistently cutting-edge environmentally friendly solutions Role Description The Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day financial operations including sales invoicing purchase expense postings statutory compliance reconciliations and banking activities The role requires strong knowledge of GST TDS payroll and month-end closing with hands-on experience in SAP Tally Accuracy in documentation timely reporting and supporting audits and ERP system improvements are key to success in this position Responsibilities Create sales orders and generate invoices for Domestic Export Service HLL Warranty Samples and Credit Notes Post purchase bills and expense entries with correct ledger mapping and cost-center allocation Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and reconcile GSTR-2B for all entities Handle TDS functions including matching with Form 26AS preparing returns and resolving discrepancies Manage payroll-related entries and post PF ESI challans with proper reconciliations Perform reconciliations for Debtors Creditors Bank Credit Cards Salary Travel Advances and Intercompany ledgers Maintain petty cash transactions bank entries and marine insurance documentation Update and maintain export import logs certificates and documentation with logistics coordination Prepare sales MIS payment forecasts and excel reports as required by management Support month-end closing activities including journal entries provisions and P L preparation Report SAP system issues and assist during ERP upgrades or implementation processes Maintain structured physical and digital filing systems and assist in audits and documentation requirements Qualifications Education Bachelor s Degree in Commerce or Accounting Experience 3 years of experience in core accounting functions Proficient in SAP Tally Excel and GST TDS portals Strong reconciliation reporting and compliance skills Detail-oriented with excellent documentation discipline Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
