Location Remote U S -based preferred Company Small U S Insurance Agency We are a growing insurance agency looking to build a customized CRM vision within Zoho We re seeking an experienced Zoho Developer who can take our ideas and turn them into a fully functional platform This CRM system will integrate with multiple external tools and will play a central role in how we service market and communicate with our clients What You ll Do Design configure and customize solutions across Zoho apps including Zoho CRM Creator Analytics Desk Projects and AI tools Develop advanced automation using Deluge scripting workflows functions schedules custom widgets Build and maintain API integrations with third-party systems Create and optimize modules layouts workflows dashboards and reports across Zoho apps Translate requirements into usable workflows code and processes within Zoho Troubleshoot system issues test functionality and ensure platform reliability Maintain clean documentation of configurations scripts and logic Support ongoing enhancements after implementation Work collaboratively with consultants and internal team members to design scalable solutions What You Bring Fluent in English 3-6 years of hands-on Zoho development experience Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting REST APIs webhooks and JSON Proven experience with Zoho CRM Zoho Creator required Experience with Zoho Analytics dashboards datasets reporting Familiarity with Zoho Desk Zoho Projects Experience integrating Zoho with apps such as Twilio RingCentral 3CX Dropbox EchoSign etc Solid ability to troubleshoot debug and solve technical issues Experience building custom apps and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem Understanding of workflows HTML customization portals invoicing pivot charts and data security best practices Bonus Knowledge of Zoho People Payroll Ability to simplify complex requirements into actionable system buildouts Strong communication skills and ability to provide post-build support and documentation Nice to Have Insurance industry experience or familiarity not required Experience designing Creator applications from scratch CRM strategy or business process automation background Why Join Us You ll have the opportunity to build a platform from the ground up and directly influence how we serve and grow our agency This role offers Flexibility remote work Creative freedom in solution design Long-term collaboration opportunities What will help make you stand out Send your resume portfolio if available and examples of previous Zoho projects Feel free to include links screenshots or descriptions of your work Job Type Full time Pay 65 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Experience Zoho development 2 years Required Work Location Remote
