OFFICE TIMINGS 9 30 AM TO 6 30 PM Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AR AP GL payroll and bank reconciliations Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial reports statements Monitor cash flow budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax laws and regulatory requirements Coordinate and support internal external audits Implement and improve financial policies procedures and internal controls Oversee invoicing collections and vendor payments Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and provide recommendations Manage and mentor a team of accountants finance staff Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and strategy Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles GAAP IFRS Proficiency in accounting ERP software e g Tally QuickBooks SAP Oracle or similar Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Leadership and team management skills Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce Master s or MBA preferred Professional certification CA CPA CMA ACCA is an advantage 5-8 years of accounting finance experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
