About the Role We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Business Development Solutions Executive to join our team This role involves engaging with potential clients generating new business opportunities presenting our solutions and working closely with our technical team to ensure accurate and productive delivery If you are confident persuasive and enjoy interacting with customers this position is a great fit for you Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products services Generate new leads through calls social platforms and networking activities Schedule and attend meetings online offline with prospective clients Deliver clear and engaging presentations and product demos Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose the right solutions Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets Maintain accurate records of leads interactions and sales activities in CRM tools Build strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Required Qualifications 0-3 years of experience in sales business development or customer interaction roles Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills Confidence in calling and engaging new customers Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms Basic knowledge of IT software digital solutions preferred but not mandatory Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience in B2B or solution-based sales Familiarity with CRM tools lead generation methods and sales pipelines Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities Job Types Full-time Part-time Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
