Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our email marketing campaigns The ideal candidate will have experience in creating testing and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement generate leads and boost sales Key Responsibilities Plan develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products services and brand awareness Build and segment email lists for targeted campaigns Create compelling email content subject lines copy visuals CTAs aligned with business goals Monitor and analyze campaign performance open rates CTR conversions unsubscribe rates etc A B test subject lines content send times and layouts to improve performance Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations CAN-SPAM GDPR etc Work with design sales and product teams to align messaging Manage automation workflows drip campaigns and triggered emails Optimize email templates for mobile and desktop Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field 2-5 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing Strong knowledge of email marketing tools e g Mailchimp HubSpot Klaviyo ActiveCampaign Marketo etc Proficiency in HTML CSS for email template editing preferred but not mandatory Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping Knowledge of deliverability list hygiene and best practices Preferred Skills Experience with e-commerce or SaaS marketing Solid design sense and ability to collaborate with graphic designers SEO social media and other digital marketing knowledge Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Pay 6 000 00 - 49 592 40 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
