As the Manager of Business Development you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts You will lead a team responsible for creating new opportunities forging strategic partnerships and generating the qualified leads that fuel our sales engine This is a highly strategic role perfect for a leader who excels at opening new doors Key Responsibilities Lead a High-Performing Team Recruit coach and manage a team of Business Development Representatives BDRs guiding them to exceed their targets for qualified lead generation Develop Market Strategy Identify and research new market segments verticals and strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth Build Strategic Relationships Forge and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders potential partners and high-value enterprise clients Pipeline Generation Oversee the entire top-of-funnel process ensuring the team is building a strong high-quality pipeline of opportunities to hand off to the sales team Set and Track KPIs Establish and monitor key performance indicators KPIs for the team focusing on outbound activity lead qualification rates and opportunity creation Collaborate for Growth Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure seamless alignment on go-to-market strategy messaging and lead hand-off processes What You Bring A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B business development or strategic sales preferably in a SaaS or tech setting At least 2 years of proven experience leading a business development or inside sales team A strong track record of building and executing strategies that generate a significant sales pipeline Experience in market analysis and forging strategic partnerships is highly desirable Excellent coaching mentoring and team-building skills Proficiency with CRM software e g Salesforce for managing outbound campaigns and tracking team performance Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary Work Location In person
