JOB DESCRIPTION Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder 1 Responsible for Operation cleaning and primary maintenance of compression machine metal detector Lifting and positioning device IPQC instrument 2 Responsible for recording of activity in logbooks Batch manufacturing record Responsible for complete documentation as required in the manufacturing of product and the cleaning of facilities and equipment following cGMP s and good documentation practices 3 To Ensure equipment cleaning before line clearance as per standard operating procedure 4 To perform all in-process checks and monitoring all intermediate processes in compression stages 5 To select recipes and set process parameters in PLC SCADA of compression machine IPQC instruments HMI ensure its correctness 6 Responsible for Issuance utilization cleaning and retrieval of tablet tooling s and machine change parts with its inventory 7 Responsible for set up changeover and operation of various manufacturing equipment s but not limited to compression area 8 Responsible for reporting and or escalating any conditions or problems that may affect the quality or integrity of product to supervisor and HOD production 9 Responsible for maintaining a neat clean and protected working workplace always and notifies supervisor immediately of any safety concerns accidents or injuries are observed 10 To ensure all in-process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes to check set process parameters in PLC SCADA as per BMR before machine run in compression area 11 Compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Hormone Facility to follow GDP with data-integrity compliance 12 To Complete the training and training record as per stipulated time 13 Responsible for preparation and usage of Disinfectant and cleaning agent solution as per defined procedures 14 Adhere to all company policies procedures SOPs and Safety regulations The base pay for this position is N A In specific locations the pay range may vary from the range posted JOB FAMILY Manufacturing DIVISION EPD Established Pharma LOCATION India Village Mauza Baddi ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS WORK SHIFT Standard TRAVEL Not specified MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE Not Applicable SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES Continuous standing for prolonged periods more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day
