Market Logistics Specialist This role is the operational expert accountable for the entire logistics chain within a specific market ensuring the productive compliant and timely flow of products to patients and customers Key Responsibilities Dock to Stock Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments This includes coordinating customs clearance with brokers ensuring compliance with trade regulations like Free Trade Agreements scheduling transportation and processing documentation invoices bills of lading Also manages stock recovery for damages and losses Store Protect Oversee warehouse and inventory management Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and compliant storage of goods managing inventory counts and reconciliations processing write-offs and organizing the secure destruction of expired or short-dated products Last Mile Coordinate the final leg of delivery to the first-paying customer This involves collaborating with sales customer service and logistics providers to schedule shipments handle customer complaints and improve the overall customer experience Compliance Operations Ensure all activities adhere to strict local and international regulations SOx FCPA Quality EH S Dangerous Goods Rigorously apply and improve processes using the company s IMEx Operational Excellence framework Data Systems Management Maintain accurate master data in key systems SAP WMS and utilize them to optimize logistics operations and provide insights for sales and operations planning S OP Financial Stewardship Support budget creation by providing operational insights and actively contribute to identifying and implementing cost-improvement projects CIPs The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver meticulous and posses strong analytic skill who works independently on standard tasks and under guidance on complex issues making decisions that impact team and departmental goals Must Have Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics Management Operations Management or equivalent experience 3 years experience in Logistics Supply and or Demand operations in a Pharmaceutical FMCG or e-Commerce environment Alternatively a function with demonstrated similarities to the preferred fields of experience Project Management and analytical skills - understanding of project management concepts in order to lead or contribute to projects Communication Influence - has mature interpersonal skills required to interact with various personalities and levels of the organization to deliver required outcomes Good to Have Certified Lean and or Six Sigma yellow belt Digital dexterity - ability to adapt to technologies Possess a set of beliefs mindsets and behaviors that help deliver valuable outcomes from digital initiatives Work Location Assignment On Premise Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates Logistics Supply Chain Mgmt
