A civil site engineer oversees construction projects by managing site operations ensuring adherence to project plans quality standards and safety regulations while also coordinating with various stakeholders like architects subcontractors and clients Key duties include performing site inspections tracking progress resolving in office issues managing project budgets and resources and preparing progress reports to ensure successful project completion within budget and time constraints Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans designs and specifications Quality Control Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and quality requirements Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with all safety regulations legal requirements and environmental guidelines Coordination Liaise with and coordinate the efforts of architects contractors subcontractors vendors and the project team to ensure smooth operations Resource Management Manage and control project resources including materials equipment and budgets Problem Solving Diagnose and resolve technical issues and deficiencies that arise during construction Reporting Monitor project progress compile data and prepare comprehensive site reports for management Documentation Review and interpret technical documents blueprints and feasibility studies and ensure all required technical files are maintained Key Skills Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of civil engineering principles design and construction methods Project Management Skills in planning budgeting resource allocation and scheduling Communication Excellent ability to communicate with various stakeholders including clients team members and external contractors Problem-Solving Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions Leadership Ability to supervise and direct construction personnel and teams effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
