Position QMS Engineer Industry Sheet Metal Electrical Panel Server Rack Control Panel Manufacturing Location Plot No 30 Ecotech 12 Greater Noida 203207 Near Ek Murti Goal Chakkar Experience Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant sheet metal manufacturing industry Qualification Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field Job Responsibilities 1 Quality Assurance and Control Implement and maintain quality standards in the production of sheet metal products like electrical panels server racks and control panels Conduct in-process inspections and final quality checks to ensure product compliance 2 Document Management Manage and maintain documents related to PPEP Process Planning and Execution Plan ISO 9001 compliance and other relevant quality standards Prepare reports and maintain records for internal and customer audits 3 Audit Management Conduct and participate in Internal Audits and support during Customer Audits Ensure all non-conformities are addressed through corrective and preventive actions CAPA 4 Process Improvement Identify areas for process improvement using tools like Root Cause Analysis RCA 5 Why Analysis and Fishbone Diagram 5 Training and Compliance Provide training to production teams on quality standards and procedures Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols 6 Customer Coordination Address and resolve quality-related customer complaints Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering products of the highest quality Key Requirements Must have prior experience in a sheet metal manufacturing company involved in electrical panels server racks or control panels Strong knowledge of PPEP ISO documentation and audit processes Hands-on experience in conducting internal and customer audits Proficiency in quality tools like 7 QC Tools FMEA and Control Plans Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and report-writing abilities Preferred Qualifications Certification in ISO 9001 2015 or other quality management systems Experience in managing cross-functional teams for quality improvements Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
