Job Profile TERI is seeking to engage a Project Associate for its Water Resources team In line with our mission to enhance water use efficiency and promote water conservation across sectors in India through research and implementation we are looking for a qualified with experience in sustainable fisheries practices to support an ongoing project Experience 2 - 5 Years Qualification Master-s degree in Fisheries Science B F Sc M F Sc - Aquaculture- Marine Biology Aquatic Environment Management- Water Resources Management Engineering Skills Conduct technical assessments- including qualitative quantitative data analysis- field surveys- and impact assessments Undertake projects on sustainable fisheries- aquaculture- water use efficiency- and conservation- including policy and regulatory aspects Use relevant instrumentation flow meters- water quality testing- etc and analyze field data for reports- briefs- and publications Plan and conduct training programmes at district and state levels- engaging Fisheries Departments- KVKs- colleges- NGOs- industry- and government agencies Mobilize fish farmers and local communities- coordinate stakeholder engagements- and address field-level operational challenges Contribute to proposal writing- project development- and business generation Desirable Requirements - Certification in Aquaculture- Ornamental Fisheries- Fish Breeding- Hatchery Management- or related areas - Field-level experience in data collection- training- and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of state agencies and institutions in the water and fisheries sectors Location Delhi Please apply latest by September 30 2025
