ABOUT SRISATTVA GROUP At Srisattva Group we help businesses grow smarter faster and stronger across accounting compliance HR ERP and more With 1200 clients in over 10 countries we re not just a service provider we re growth partners Now we re looking for experienced and detail-oriented professionals to join our finance team and be part of our growth journey YOUR ROLE EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT We re seeking an Experienced Accountant to manage core accounting operations In this part time role you ll play a key part in maintaining financial records ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision-making WHAT YOU LL BE DOING 1 Financial Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using accounting software e g Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks Process day-to-day transactions including vendor bills employee reimbursements sales entries and petty cash Prepare journal entries maintain general ledgers and reconcile accounts regularly Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed stored and easily retrievable for audits or reviews 2 Financial Reporting Analysis Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and statements Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts Generate MIS reports to support leadership with decision-making Highlight anomalies risks or red flags in financial reports and suggest corrective actions 3 Bank Reconciliation Cash Flow Management Perform timely reconciliation of bank accounts credit card transactions and loan statements Monitor cash flow regularly to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs Coordinate with the finance team to optimize payment cycles and vendor settlements 4 Taxation Statutory Compliance Handle monthly and quarterly filings for GST TDS and other tax obligations Prepare supporting documentation for tax assessments and audits Ensure compliance with local state and central statutory requirements Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and ensure timely adaptation of processes 5 Internal Controls Audit Readiness Support internal and statutory audits by providing required reports schedules and reconciliations Identify areas of improvement in internal controls and suggest process enhancements Maintain clean and transparent records to ensure audit readiness at all times 6 Collaboration Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of financial data Assist in onboarding vendors and partners from a financial documentation perspective Communicate effectively with banks auditors and external consultants when required WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience minimum 2 years to 05 years Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel knowledge of Zoho Books is a plus Solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements Someone who s organized detail-focused and dependable Good communication skills and the ability to work independently SALARY STRUCTURE BASED ON EXPERIENCE Experience Level Monthly Salary 9 30 AM - 3 00 PM Minimum 2 Years 10 000 Minimum 3 Years 12 000 Minimum 4 Years 13 000 Minimum 5 Years Above 15 000 ELIGIBILITY Education B Com M Com or equivalent Experience 02 to 05years of relevant accounting experience Languages English mandatory Tamil preferred Join Date Immediate joiners preferred WHY JOIN US Fixed part-time schedule opportunity Supportive professional environment with room to grow Exposure to real-world accounting practices across industries If you re ready to bring your accounting skills to a workplace that values precision integrity and people let s talk Apply now and become a part of the Srisattva family Job Type Part-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month
